"I first became aware of soterweb a number of years ago through various discussions with Leeds University on contractor management within a busy and demanding University environment. Unfortunately, until this year I was never in a position to committed funding to purchase a robust contractor management system. Over the last few months I have been in regular dialogue with Montgomery & Coupers over what best suits our needs here at the University of Greenwich. During these discussions I have found them always willing to listen and adapt without any fuss. I am pleased to say that we are currently a matter of weeks away from introducing the electronic permit system within our Estates & Facilities Directorate, with the intention of then rolling out to the wider University. Moving forward we will be exploring several of the additional platforms such as the asbestos register and the fire safety management tool. Based on my dealings to date, I would have no hesitation in recommending either soterweb system or Montgomery & Coupers to others in the HE sector".
